Charter / Coach Services

Our buses are maintained in our own workshops, conveniently located next to our depots. Our skilled maintenance team ensures that every vehicle is thoroughly serviced and kept in excellent condition, ready for safe and reliable departures. The workshops are equipped with modern tools and technology to support all maintenance and repair tasks. Most of our buses are fitted with alcohol interlock systems to enhance safety. While our vehicles are carefully maintained, technical issues can occasionally occur on the road. In such cases, assistance is easy to obtain and arrives quickly thanks to our extensive support network.

In most cases, yes. Our standard buses are equipped with toilet facilities. However, smaller minibuses do not have toilets.

Yes, every coach has air conditioning.

Yes. Most of our buses are equipped with charging outlets.

Items left on the bus are taken to our closest office after the journey and can be collected during office hours (8 a.m. – 4 p.m..)

Valuable items worth €20 or more are handed over approximately once a month to the nearest police lost‑and‑found office. Items valued at under €20 are kept for about two months before being disposed of.

If you prefer, lost items can also be sent to an address of your choice for an additional fee, by prior agreement.

Pohjolan Matka is an official tour operator registered by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and has set the security required by the Package Travel Act (registration number 3631/00/Mj).
